About MEGA

A movement under construction.

Thin authorship. High invitation. This is not anyone's private project — it's the one being held open for the people who want to help tend it.

What MEGA is

MEGA is a movement for people who believe God is present and that showing up daily is what that belief looks like in the world.

It has two practices: the Daily Stand-Up (three questions, five minutes, every morning) and the God Squad (four or five people, matching shirts, one weekly mission). Everything else — the store, the letters, the manifesto — is in service of those two.

Why it exists

Because most of us move through our days on autopilot. Heads down, notifications up, unable to name a single thing we're grateful for before noon. We forget that we were handed something extraordinary and told to care for it.

Every tradition, in its best moments, has called its people to do the same small things: notice the gift, name the Giver, help your neighbor, take a day off. MEGA is the refusal to keep pretending those calls don't apply. It doesn't ask you to leave your tradition at the door — or to have one.

Who's currently tending it

MEGA is being held open by a small group of people. We use the word "tending" on purpose. No one owns this. No one is a guru. The people listed below are the ones doing the first round of work.

Caretaker

Yehosef

I've been writing versions of this plan for over a year. Four of them, if I'm counting — and I am. Starting this spring, the shipping rule is simple: one thing a week. Real. Public. Finished.

I don't know if anyone will care. I'm doing it anyway. If any of this lands, you know where to find me.

This section will grow as more people commit to tending MEGA — first squads, first chapter leads, first writers for the Sunday Letter. If that's you, the contact is at the bottom of this page.

What MEGA is not

How you can help tend it

The fastest way to help is to do the practice. The second fastest is any of the below.

A note on authorship

This site will sometimes say "I" and sometimes say "we." The "I" is the person who wrote that page. The "we" is the movement. Both are real. We are not trying to hide behind an institutional voice that doesn't exist yet — and we are not trying to make this a personal brand either. Somewhere between those two is the honest voice. We're still finding it.

Reach out.

If you want to help tend MEGA — start a squad, contribute writing, flag something that doesn't pass the cross-tradition gate, or just say hi — this is the door.
